Like many of Chopin’s lesser works, it was published posthumously (in 1931), contrary to his wish that all his unpublished manuscripts be burned. It’s a beautiful gem, though, and a good introduction to the repertoire of Chopin. We are sure you will enjoy learning and performing it.
