The Steinway Haara Chandelier was revealed during this year’s London Design Festival

Steinway & Sons have teamed up with Cameron Design House to create the Steinway Haara Chandelier.

The design is inspired by Steinway’s iconic black lacquered gloss finish, and comes complete with brass accents and the Steinway & Sons emblem.

As well as being inspired by Steinway’s classic design, the chandelier also aims to evoke a weeping willow with its delicate yet structured look.

Ian Cameron, Creative Director of the Cameron Design House, commented, “We’re delighted to be working with the iconic Steinway & Sons UK to create this incredibly special limited edition lighting piece. The organic and delicate structure of the Haara is the perfect balance to a Steinway & Sons piano, adding grandeur and expressiveness to a room, perfectly complementing one of the most beautiful musical instruments ever created.”

The design was premiered at this year’s London Design Festival at Steinway Hall on 18 September. The Festival continues until 22 September in Britain’s capital city.

Only 10 pieces will be hand-crafted to order by artisans in Cameron Design House’s St John’s wood workshop.
