It won't be long now till the jury get to choose their ten finalists - Martha Argerich, pictured here, being one of the jury members. The Chopin Piano Competition Third Round started two days ago, with today and tomorrow still to go. The finalists will be announced end of day tomorrow 16th Oct.

You can watch all the competitors live on the Competition's live stream TV channel. And if you've missed someone you wanted to hear, you can watch delayed broadcasts. Plus, there are some fascinating interviews with jury members, entrants from past competitions, and various professionals.
It's not only the entrants competiting for top prize. It's the piano makers too. The remaining competitors have chosen to play on either Steinway, Yamaha or Kawai. We wonder which piano
will be the winner.
And starting tomorrow 16th Oct, any registered user from around the world can vote for their favourite. The one with the most votes gets the Audience Prize. Find out how to vote
Pianist Editor Erica Worth will be attending the Finals, and you can hear her being interviewed evening of Monday 19th October, during the interval of the second Finals night. Tune in for that!

Each finalist will play either of the two Chopin Piano Concertos.
