Chappell of Bond Street are offering free piano lessons during its 'Learn to Play' days throughout September 2012

...

The individual 20-minute lessons, scheduled for each Saturday during the month, will be completely free of charge and without any obligation, providing participants with a tremendous opportunity to discover their hidden musical talents.
The fully qualified teachers will all be Musicians Union members and will give lessons on playing the drums, violin and piano (the three most popular instruments during a highly successful pilot promotion in June). Chappells’ aim is to provide the perfect opportunity for parents to discover the most suitable instruments for their children, and to give lapsed players the chance to rediscover their passion for playing.
The sessions conclude on September 29th with a special Composing Masterclass, which should prove valuable for instrumental players who wish to find out more about the art of songwriting and original composition.
Chappells manager Nigel Hill is behind the pioneering scheme and comments, 'We are delighted to be building on our recent free lesson campaign which aims to introduce as many people as possible to music making. We were overwhelmed with the initial response and the positive feedback has inspired us to make the sessions a regular part of our Chappells diary. We look forward to more people taking part and finding their hidden musical talent.'

The free lesson schedule is as follows:
8th September - Drums
15th September - Violin
22nd September - Piano

29th September - composition masterclass
