Renowned pianist, teacher, composer JOHN KEMBER will be hosting a FREE evening workshop on the 20th September 2012.
 
Through the workshop John will guide you through…
·       Differences between playing jazzy pieces and good arrangements of jazz standards
·       Skills and knowledge that entail being a ‘jazz’ pianist
·       Modal scales and chord progressions in all 12 keys
·       Playing by ear
·       How to develop a jazz style of playing via jazz, ragtime, swing and Latin compositions

Come along to this FREE workshop, meet John Kember and learn how to explore his various styles!
 
The workshop will be held on the 20th September 2012 at 6pm at the Schott Music Recital Room, 48 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7BB
