The ground-breaking Celviano Grand Hybrid is the product of a unique collaboration between the renowned piano manufacturer, C. Bechstein, and Casio.
Combining traditional piano craftsmanship with Casio’s technological expertise, the GP-510BP is the result of painstaking research by both companies into how the touch and sound of an acoustic piano can be recreated in a digital instrument.
Action: Natural Grand Hammer Action Keyboard with moving hammer mechanism
Internal sounds: 35
Speaker System: 6-speaker Grand Acoustic System
Pedals: 3: soft, sostenuto, damper (with half-pedal effect)

The Natural Grand Hammer Action keyboard is modeled on C.Bechstein’s own design. This means that each key on the Grand Hybrid is made from the same Austrian Spruce wood as its acoustic counterpart and uses the same key-length for an authentic recoil and touch response. The keyboard mechanism also incorporates moving hammers that follow the same path of motion as in a concert grand piano.
This is second generation of Grand Hybrid builds further upon the AiR Grand Sound Source technology to
reproduce the distinctive tones of three prestigious European grand pianos that have been highly regarded for many years, named Berlin, Hamburg and Vienna. The Berlin Grand sound was developed in collaboration with C.Bechstein and is a digital recreation of the eminent D282 concert grand.
Further digital enhancements include Concert Play (a library of exquisite orchestral recordings which can be
played along to) and Scene Setting, where pianists can store their own bespoke piano setups or explore
pre-made ones designed to bring the best in Debussy, Chopin, Beethoven, Liszt and much more.
